Transportation Application
Nowadays, people use applications such as transportation applications to assist their lives daily. These applications help users check their balances, top up their cards, and check back their transactions. These are the core features that should be in the transportation application.

Design Process: After discussing with the stakeholders, the next step was conducting research. The research tailored the core features to respond to user needs and behavior and meet the MVP criteria. After analyzing the findings based on user research, we captured the user persona. Creating the user persona and empathy map helped us prioritise what should be designed for this first launch.
For this project, I focused only on UX design and around 30% of user research, so my website doesn’t have the final visual design or finished product look. I created all the user flows and presented them to the client team. The most challenging part was the backend constraints, which impacted the user flow. However, my crucial approach is user-centered design, so from then on, I can go ahead and design the user experience to fit both ways.
