Account Opening
The application helps users spend less time opening new accounts, especially normal savings accounts. Sometimes, when people go to the bank, they spend time in a long waiting line, wasting time on something that shouldn’t take that long. This application can help solve that problem.

Design Concept/Objective: This application helps customers and bank assistants spend less time opening new accounts daily. It also helps the assistants introduce/sell/suggest products to customers. This application benefits both end-users (Customer and Organization). The objective is to save time and reduce clutter when opening new accounts while selling new products to customers.
Design Process: This diagram shows a process that I worked on. It looks quite like a linear process, but there’s depth to each stage, especially when the design has to be discussed with business/stakeholders. The most challenging part was the client-facing part because there were many expectations from the client side.

The user flow below is the overall service design blueprint for the bank branch from beginning to end. This diagram is the result of the team's brainstorming to find out what else we can sell ideas and designs to our client.
