Future of Banking
Do you have a goal that you want to fulfill? Especially something that relates to your life-long plan, which involves your finances. This application is about goal setting. It allows users to track their spending through the app and helps them reach their goals faster by giving advice along the way until the goal is reached.
Role : UX / UI Designer, UX Research
Design Process : UX Research - Brainstormed on the objective of this project. Capturing key takeaways to build 3 types of user personas.
UX Research: The research started with a survey and interview to determine the overall behaviors and preferences. We used both quantitative and qualitative research methods to determine what consumers like and what they would like to see in the future.

Research Method:
•Quantitative Survey from 371 respondents
•Qualitative Interview with 12 participants
Personas:
After the research results, I gathered all the information/data and created user personas in 3 categories.

User Testing:
•After creating wireframes and personas, the low fidelity user testing was the next step.
•Keyfindings:
The user feedback on the wireframes was quite interesting, and it varied according to gender, age, and income. I found interesting points from the user feedback and had to revisit the wireframes and reprioritise the features.
